In one month from today (May 11th) I shall take flight once again. This time, I'll be heading to the Philippines!! I'm so excited! Though I was born there, I haven't been back for 27 years and I have NO IDEA what to expect! I'll be there for 6 weeks (yes, 6 WEEKS!) doing missionary work with my church, Community of the Word.
I'm so excited! I've been quite busy lately and haven't really been able to soak it in, or even think about all the things I still need to do. I know that this last month will fly by; I already have all my weekends booked with outings with family and friends. It's good to be loved. =)
God's goodness, 30 days, and the Philippines make me smile...

again, i just have to say, you are going to looooooove it! the first time i ever went to the PI was in 1999 on a mission trip with my church. it was crazy being in a place where EVERYONE looked like you. it was a very humbling experience for me because i realized how much my grandparents and parents really sacrificed for me to be born and live the life i live here in america. and i was in awe of God's plan for my life. we'll be praying for you!
