My Birthday Makes Me SMILE!!!

It's officially my 27th (I know..right!?!) birthday! Praise God for His goodnmess in my life in the past years. God is SO GOOD! My birthday just started and I'm already overwhelmed by the love and blessings God has poured upon me through my friends...my family.

Suprise #1: After church today, the Youth wanted to suprise me and so we had "Youth Fellowship." As I was getting my free Golden Spoon, I walked out the door to find Mark booking it towards the fountain. I saw the group bunched together and I thought to myself "oh no..." They started singing in front of everyone and then told me to run to the cake to blow out the flame-ridden birthday cake! hahah..it was a sight to see! Oh, and they even bought me Mickey and Minnie balloons! I love it! I am so blessed by this ministry and being a part of their lives. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Surprise #2: After this, I hung out with Owen and then headed towards the restaurant they (JP and her) were going to take me to. I thought it was going to be a little surprise with JP, Owen, Ruby, Ben, and the girls, but when I walked into Diamond Palace there were so many more people. I was, and still am, overwhelmed by the different faces there that wanted to celebrate my birthday. THANK YOU OWEN, JP, RUBY, BEN, TRUE, BRAVE, YOM, CALEB, SABRI, CHRISTI, ROB, ALVIN, MICHAEL, JENNIFER, BUZZ, CUZ, MRS. CUZ, JOY, RHEY, ARMENIA, JOEL, JIM, DEZ, KATE, KYLA, KELLEN, JULIUS, LONNIE, ANGELINE, AYNOS, KRIS, and ANGELI. Wow! I've never had a surpise birthday party before, I am so utterly happy that I have such wonderful friends, and such a caring family. Rob summed it all up when he said, "There's so many people here. You're so blessed." Two little sentences full of so much truth. I AM SO BLESSED!!

Greetings from afar: I talked to Frances from Washington while we were at the restaurant. Then, at 10 p.m. I got a call from Yek, which is midnight in Minnesota time.

I also go numerous grettings at church and Dana and Nick texted me at midnight to wish me Happy Birthday. God has definitely blessed me with so much. The message today was about the church and how we are a family. We are brothers and sisters, united through Christ. Tito Jojo's message is not mere words to me: I see it played out in my life, especially today, and I am so blessed. I love the church family He has brought me to. I love the bricks He has layed next to me, together building the church. I love God and His magnificent plan for my life. What more can I do, but praise God...and smile. =)
